PayPal not working for you?
If we show PayPal as up but it won't load for you, try these steps:
- If you can't log in or check out, clear PayPal's cookies and sign in again.
- Turn off ad blockers and VPNs on payment pages. They often break checkout.
- If a payment fails, check with your bank before retrying so you aren't charged twice.

Why is PayPal not working for me?
If PayPal is up for us but not for you, the cause is usually local: an outdated browser cache, a DNS problem, your internet connection, a VPN or ad blocker, or an out-of-date app. Work through the steps under "PayPal not working for you?" above.
How do you check if PayPal is down?
Our server requests https://www.paypal.com/ every 2 minutes from outside your network. If PayPal answers at all, even with a redirect or a sign-in page, we count it as up. Timeouts, refused connections, DNS failures and 5xx server errors count as down. Press "Check now" to run a live test at any time.
